		duncan	That's interesting about the poles. I was climbing a steep bush track yesterday and I kept losing my balance. Only slightly, but I thought gee I'm ageing fast. Ive never had problems with this track before. I have also lost a stone by sitting at the computer and not eating. I'll say goodbye now just in case the world wobbles completetly out of whack. I shouldn't joke about. A lot of my careless remarks often happen.
