		duncan	No we don't have air conditioning. There is nearly always a cooling breeze in the afternoons. Just some days it doesn't happen anymore. The difference in price between what we can get and how much we would have to pay was less than I was prepared to accept. We have enough room to build a 2 bedroom flat where the orchid house is and my daughter said she is not ready to move for at least 2 years. She did dont want to lose the garden either.
