		duncan	I stayed at a motel in Racine wisc circa 1975 and I saw some of the rough weather. What I was amazed with was seeing a 4 chiney freighter come out the fog one day on the lake and I was in the middle of the US nowhere near the sea. Had a great time with a wonderful company (S C Johnson). Loved the lakes, Chicago, and the people.

		duncan	Yes I have seen several funnel web spiders. When there is a lot of rain they like to come inside. They are jet black and will stand up ready to attack.Most common bites are when they are hiding in clothes and you put them on. They are not that big but you can tell they are not that nicve either. anti-venine works if you get to the hospital.
