		duncan	The blue sign should be facing the water.In our country you are not entitled to block access up to the high water mark.But in some areas corrupt councils will sell anything. We have one beach in Coffs where the title includes the beach and provision for a wharf. The signs are up saying private beach and the people all say "get stuffed". I think it now has been rectified but they had to buy the beach back. People are fined now if they display missleading signs.
		duncan	The French had a good idea for private property owners. They chopped off their heads. The new saying could "If you don't want to share, we'll give you the chair".
