			That looks like French at the top! "Liberty and the Fatherland" or something like - . The German says (literally) "Live so that you may live again . . ." but your explanation is completely correct as to the real meaning. ("leben" is live, "lieben" is love) BEAUTIFUl building and photo. Very inspirartional and true words! Is it a church?
