		camerashy	fabulous...Re: The statue is a marble piece called "Relationship". It was the centerpiece of my first sculpture show in 1982. The meaning behind the work is that a relationship should not be as we generally see it face to face, conversely, back to back. Strength in the backbone, sharing one mind, standing up tall, seeing ones own vision are some of the thoughts that crossed my mind during the 3 months that I beat on this piece of marble with a 2 and one half pound mallet and marble tools.
