Apathy and what our church constantly refers to as "lukewarm" attention to values and our Church's theme this week ('Love Thy Neighbor AS YOURSELF') seems to be a real problem in today's society; seems bigger than it used to be. Whether a Christian or not, one can learn to care about others because one cares about oneself. 		celticvoice	and there was more family life and there were FAR less "two working parent" homes and more extended families . . . latchkey kids have iut hard but don't know it. Years ago I wondered what the first geeration of "day care" kids would grow upmlike; I think we are finding out. I am not saying women or men have to stay at home or do home schooling, but the children canniot be "set aside" for the sake of greater wordly again. 		celticvoice	"It Takes a Village" to raise a child these days, and we don't have them anymore. I went to pre-school part-time, and I loved it. But I also had a mom at home when I got there, at least until I was 12 or so.
