		tanddjohnson	I have been to the Biltmore and toured the estate and home. I love to do things like that. It sure looks alot different in your picture. I get regular news letters from The Biltmore all the time. Has it cooled off some there. I turned our air off today as it is only 72 out and raining. I made the mistake of going into work to get some things yesterday and found out all the scoop of what was going on in my absence. Two people turned in their notice and two people just decided to stop showing up for work. Monday will be a killer when I go back. Payroll day, schedule to do, and now I will need to enterview and hire about 4 or 5 people. It's going to be a long week. Good thing I rested up on my vacation this week. Take care friend.

		tomswift46	I could be happier with that! We had a minor disaster yesterday but the contractor and friend are going to make good on it. They had excavated and removed the sonotubes replacing with header and beams but the cinderblock chimney collapsed because it wasn't attached properly and the excavated hole was filling with the four inches of rain we got yesterday...so they came back at 5 PM and excavated a canal and made a xbar nest for the remaining part of the chimney...they will replace the chimney with the newer metal type...simpler and hassle free...also carpentry needs to be done and the "thimble" that leads from the pipes from the stove needs to be replaced...I want this job done!
