		designfarm	i'm a fan of the "lobstah" or "bug" as we call it here in New England. It is rich though, and often eaten with plenty of butter, so it's something I like to have when I'm on the coast but don't crave it every week. the claws are probably my favorite, as the tails can be tough if overcooked.
