		Gulliver	Amazing !!! it remember me my lovely beachs of Villa Gesell. Once a long time ago I use to work by night in a FM station and close to midnight I walk back home by the seaside and one night I discover a big lot of foam, so big that it was like my size, and I´m a big one, it make think about the "Twilight Zone".

		duncan	The foam is sometimes caused by phosphates in the ocean. Check the drains that empty into this beach. Of course it could also be a female frog on fertility drugs.
		mdanforth	no drains empty into this pristine body of water, duncan - must be the frogs. And Miss - despite the appearance, it's not dirty - just tiny particles of sand, seaweed, etc. caught in the foam.
